There is not enough words to describe how amazing our evening was thanks to our server Jonathan. What a blessing he was. He was kind, thoughtful, compassionate, patient, knowledgeable, efficient, and flexible with my family of 4 which included an 8 year old child. He helped break down the menu and some of the perks of the different options available. When I was undecided he was calm and gave wonderful suggestions that guided my ordering process. The meals were great and all the suggestions were just as fantastic as he said they were. And he makes an incredible mocktail. My husband got the steak and lobster, my sister and I got the campfire feast which included the artichoke dip, filet mignon, salad, mac & cheese, brussels sprouts, and carrot cake, my daughter got a salad and ate lots of steak. We all are happy and very very full. Jonathan was attentive and we never needed to ask for a thing because he was on top of it all. We have came one time before and it was not a bad experience but not enough to make us desire to come back often. However, we will be coming back STRICTLY for his service again. Good service is hard to come by and he made dinner an experience. Thank you. Heather served us this evening at Black Angus Steakhouse in Blossom Hill, San Jose with excellent service and was very attentive every time she passed the table. She was polite and efficient.
