I was disappointed with my experience at Black Angus. My brother and I ordered a starter (wings) and two burgers as our main courses. We specifically asked the waitress to serve the wings first since they were our starter. She replied, “Don’t worry, you can wait,” which came across as dismissive and unprofessional. After waiting about 25 minutes, our burgers arrived first, even though we had clearly asked for the starter before the mains. By the time the wings finally arrived about 15 minutes later, we had already finished eating our burgers. The wings were not hot—they were only room temperature, which made them seem as though they had been sitting for a while instead of being served fresh. What made this even more disappointing was that the restaurant wasn’t busy. There were only around four or five occupied tables, so it didn’t appear that the staff were under heavy pressure. If the restaurant had been full, the delay would have been understandable, but that wasn’t the case. We also asked if there was a USB-C charger because we had noticed one. We were initially told they didn’t have one. A few minutes later, the waitress came back, took my phone, charged it for about 5–10 minutes, and returned it without saying a word. While I appreciated that she eventually helped, the communication throughout the interaction felt cold and unwelcoming. Overall, the service was disappointing. The order was served incorrectly despite our request, the starter arrived only after we had finished our main courses and wasn’t even served hot, and the overall attitude and communication left us feeling unwelcome. I hope the restaurant improves its customer service and attention to guests.

Great food, great service, and a wonderful experience overall. Everything we ordered was delicious, the staff were quick and accommodating, and there were plenty of options to suit different tastes within our family. Burgers are excellent. Meat is great. Service is so so. I didn't like that they didn't add ice to my cola and kept the fresh burger served wrapped. When wrapped it allows sog and insinuates a to go order. If your eating at the location then it should be served with presentation. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
