Our experience was good. The food was great, the server was friendly and the atmosphere was great until it got busy. Himberto was our server, actually the only server at the restaurant tonight. He had upset door dashers waiting for their food and customers waiting for their food because there was an issue in the kitchen...but he held it together and did his absolute best to tend to everyone. My family and I just got off work and wanted to get a bite, but we were patient and told him to take his time when it came to us and that we were in no rush. He was very polite and was apologetic. But we understood. Humberto did an amazing job and I hope who ever reads this acknowledges him. Pls let him know that we will be back and we will be requesting him. Love the service at Black Bear. They are always so courteous, helpful and have a smile on their face. There food is so delicious!!
I have family that loves going there as well!!

Very crappy breakfast from Black Bear Diner Fremont through DoorDash - egg and ham wasn't suppose to come with pancakes. Threw away the pancakes. Two coffees were not filled all the way. No spillage occurred since the carrier was clean. Not DoorDashing from them anymore
