Such a hidden gem in Western Sydney! We stopped by Black Cat White Cat Cafe for brunch on our way to the Blue Mountains and we were so impressed with how fast our dishes came out and how delicious everything tasted. We ordered the berry pancakes and they were so moist and fluffy without being overly sweet. But the pulled pork croissant was probably the star! The BBQ sauce was so delicious (and I'm originally from Texas) and the pork was perfectly cooked. If we lived remotely close to this cafe I'd be here every weekend just for the pulled pork croissant!
