Only recommended with reservation in the evening, because it is full house. Had a gin and tonic to drink and received very nice and competent advice about which gin I would like and whether I would like the gin more fruity or dry etc. The drinks generally came quickly. However, we then had to wait a very long time to order our food (about half an hour). The reason is probably the staff shortage. There were only two waiters responsible for the entire area inside and outside. But I can't say whether it's always like this in the evening. But the food came quickly. The Hot Swann is highly recommended, especially the presentation is very cool. The price is okay, you can do it sometimes, but it gets expensive more often on vacation. Today for the first time in the Black Pearl on Borkum - and definitely not the last time I had the pork skewer with fries and a homemade lemonade. Serving it on the skewer that is integrated into the plate makes your eyes widen and you can easily eat it off the skewer. Everything tasted just as delicious as it looked.
