Black Rabbit is a truly unique dining experience in Moncton. From the moment you step inside, you can feel the passion and creativity that goes into each dish. The atmosphere is cozy and intimate, with a nice soundtrack playing in the background. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and take the time to explain each dish and its ingredients. The food is absolutely amazing - perfectly balanced and paired with a diverse selection of wines. Even if you have dietary restrictions, they will work with you to create something special. The menu changes monthly, so there's always something new to try. The pricing is reasonable for the quality of food and service you receive. All in all, Black Rabbit is an exceptional fine dining experience that is well worth a visit. Highly recommended!

Firstly the rap music being played way too loudly should have been the first sign that things were not going to be the dining experience we were looking for. We sat down and asked for a glass of red and a beer. The girl seemed clueless as to what they had?? We booked for the tasting menu and couldn’t fault the presentation of the food. It was beautiful. But it stopped there. The lack seasoning was so disappointing !! So underwhelming. The pork belly had zero flavour. The waitress brought over an emulsion type spray that when sprayed should have turned the cream over the pork belly a fuchsia color….it didn’t work. So after a very underwhelming evening with Eminem in the background swearing we were charged what seemed to be a non negotiable 18% service charge! Good thing it’s their ‘Last Supper’ tasting menu as we won’t be back nor would we recommend it after be charged $439 for a tasting menu, 2 glasses of wine and 1 beer.

Black Rabbit is by far my favorite restaurant in Moncton. The cozy atmosphere, the warm lighting makes a great place for a date night. The staff always go above and beyond. The menu is the best in town. The dishes are always beautifully plated and everything is so tasty. The chef’s unique take on classic dishes adds a modern twist.
