I dined @ the Black Rose restaurant on Monday, June 26, 2023 and I met the “Sauce Nazi”. I was enjoying a nice meal when I decided to ask my server; Kotzachristou Michaela, who told me his name was Leonardo for some salad dressing (sauce) and he began to yell “no sauce. You can’t have sauce. You did not order salad, you can’t have sauce”. Leonardo was yelling loud and out of control. I was offended and embarrassed because he drew attention to my table just for asking him for some salad dressing for my lettuce and tomatoes. Leonardo’s behavior was unbelievable, Rude and unprofessional. I spoke with the restaurant’s manager after I finished eating to complain about the server’s behavior which he tried to excuse as “that is who he is nobody likes him”. I asked the manager “why is he allowed to still work there”, but he could not give me a reason. All the manager claimed was “Kotza is useless” and apologized for his behavior. Do not go there if you do not want to be insulted. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is a lovely restaurant with great food, comfortable seating and good service. We ate here a few times and we loved it. Thanks to Leonardo and his team.
