Authentic Italian gelato with that rich and creamy flavor, very generous portion, and reasonable price. I tried three different flavors, pistachio, superberry, and Chocho. All of them are absolutely delicious . Their waffle cone is also extra fresh and crispy, highly recommend. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

BlackCoffee - Café & Homemade Ice Cream is a lovely little café and ice cream spot in Plaza España, right in the heart of Ronda. Its location makes it an easy stop while exploring the historic centre, especially with the famous Puente Nuevo and other major attractions just a short walk away. The café is known for its homemade ice creams, desserts and specialty coffee, with outdoor seating overlooking the lively plaza. We stopped here for some gelato and ordered two scoops in a cone, choosing Dulce de Leche and Biscoff. Both flavours were amazingly delicious. The Dulce de Leche had a rich, creamy sweetness, while the Biscoff had that familiar caramelised biscuit flavour that worked really well as an ice cream. The gelato was creamy and flavourful, and having it in a cone made it a perfect treat while continuing to explore Ronda. The homemade ice cream is clearly one of the highlights of the café, and there is a good variety of flavours available. The setting is another reason this place is worth stopping at. Being right on Plaza España gives it a lively atmosphere, with people constantly passing through while exploring Ronda. The outdoor seating also makes it a pleasant place to sit and enjoy something sweet, particularly after walking around the city. Although we only tried the gelato, BlackCoffee also serves specialty coffee, cheesecakes, pastries and other homemade desserts. It has become quite popular among visitors, with consistently strong reviews for its ice cream, desserts and friendly service. For us, the Dulce de Leche and Biscoff combination was definitely a highlight. Both scoops were delicious, and the quality made this more than just a quick ice cream stop. A great little place to grab gelato while exploring Ronda. If you’re around Plaza España and have a sweet tooth, this is definitely worth stopping by.
