Gratuity is optional; there’s a “no tip” option on the screen. It is true that we don’t fry anything as we do not have a fryer. We focus on a healthier fare that may not be everyone’s cup of tea, but as such we allow outside food from local small businesses. It’s too bad you didn’t express your unhappiness with your food while in the pub so that we might have addressed your concerns. -CheersMore
