Here you will be able to taste good steaks. The staff is cheerful that's what makes this restaurant so nice. A number of visitors think that the service is cool. The atmosphere is dull, as clients find it. Blake's Restaurant at The Heritage is not highly appreciated by Google users who assigned it a below average rating.

I recently dined at Blake’s Restaurant at The Heritage and overall the experience was mixed. The setting is impressive, very clean and well presented, and the staff were polite and professional throughout. The food itself was also good, well cooked and nicely presented, although the portions were on the smaller side. However, there were a few issues that took away from the experience. On arrival, we had to wait a while to be seated, which was not a major problem, but there was a lack of clarity from the start. We were only informed after sitting down that the meal was a fixed five course menu at €65 per person. This was not mentioned at any point when making the reservation, and we had expected a standard à la carte option. There was also confusion around the side dishes. The menu listed sides at an additional cost, but when we asked, we were told that one side was included. Based on that, we ordered accordingly. When the food arrived, we were served multiple sides, far more than we needed, and despite raising this, we were told there was nothing that could be done and we were charged for them. Overall, it ended up being one of the most confusing ordering experiences we’ve had, and it was not just our table, other tables around us also seemed unsure about what was included and how the menu worked. To be clear, the staff serving us were friendly and seemed to be doing their best, but the communication around pricing and what was included was inconsistent and misleading. We did ask for clarification before ordering and were given incorrect information, which is not acceptable. In summary, the food and setting are good, but the experience was let down by poor communication and lack of transparency on pricing. With clearer information upfront and better handling of customer queries, this could be a much better experience. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €70–80 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

3 friends and myself have used The Heritage as a meeting point for years but today will be our last day there. All 4 of us ordered a salad which cost €18. The salads took 25 minutes and what came out was a bag of unwashed mixed leaves along with half a breast of chicken each. We sent all 4 back and re ordered. I ended up ordering an apple slice as the salad completely turned my stomach. What came out for €12 was disgraceful - I wouldn't give it to a child it was that small. Staff were unattentive and tables were left uncleared. Coffee came out with no milk, felt like I had to go up and beg for it. We won't be returning. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
