A local attraction - St Mary Abbots Church, which is situated near this cafe, is a part of the unique culture of this city. British and Mediterranean cuisines under the direction of the popular chef are gorgeous at this place. If hungry, come here for tasty salads. You will hardly forget great coffee that you can enjoy.

Originally I gave this place more stars as the food was fresh and pretty good. Upon further review, after I ate and went to pay, they told me that the card machine was not working and it was cash only. If you are going to advertise that you take cards and only take cash, you better alert your customers prior to ordering and eating.

This place was recommended to me by someone I met in Paris a few days earlier and so I was very glad they were open today, which is Easter Sunday, and my only day in town. First, the service was outstanding. I think it was the owner or manager and another young man working and they were both extremely friendly and helpful as I figured out what to get. Then, the food - the FOOD - was so good. I got a mixed salad with four different kinds (beets, aubergine, snow pea mix, sweet potato) and I was a little hesitant because I am not normally the cold "salad" type of person... I used quotes because these were not lettuce based salads, more like antipasti (I think that's the word). Well, color me surprised, because they were sooo good, I got a large mixed salad with the last three (which were my favorite) to take back to my hotel for dinner. The sweet potato in particular tasted like pumpkin pie. Highly recommend if you are in the area!
