First time here. Staff was very friendly. The menu made it hard to choose, everything looked so good. Decided on the two Main Lobster tails along with Brussel sprouts with beets and sweet potato fries. Whole sweet potatoes are not offered here unfortunately. Sweet potato fries were good, similar to other restaurants. The lobster was delicious and served with melted butter for dipping. Fries were good dipped in butter too. I have to say that the Brussel sprout/ beet mix was seasoned nicely and cooked in just the right amount of oil. Bleu Restaurant and Bar saved a difficult situation for us when our reservations for 30 at another restaurant for our son's rehearsal dinner were cancelled 5 days prior to the event. Being from out of town, Bleu Restaurant was the first restaurant I called and explained my situation to the manager who picked up the ball and ran it in for a touchdown and extra points too! They accommodated our party, menu options, extras and service staff was amazing! We now have wonderful memories also. Will be returning when we are back in town. Herb Roasted chicken was wonderful as was the filet and salmon. Our family cannot thank Bleu enough. They welcomed us and embraced our dilemma and event. Amazing service!
