We have now visited Blip twice and it has quickly become my favorite coffee shop. I wish it was closer to me so I could go all the time. The first time we went back near the holidays and I had a Black Forest Latte. The cherry flavor, sweetness and it was sooooo smooth. The second time I wanted to try one of the specials but due to the chocolate they used having soy I couldn't drink it. So the barista recommended just a traditional mocha and it was soooo delicious. The space where blip is, is so open and spacious. No sitting on top of people or being in their business. This will be on my list any morning I am headed to the river market.

Authentic biking store with some excellent coffee and pastry options! Well worth the trip to Blip roasters on the edge of town. The coffee is great, food options include burritos on top of pastries. There is a medium sized store selling all sorts of biking gear and t-shirts/hats/gloves. The server was very polite and helpful to all our needs too. Relaxed atmosphere with a welcoming vibe. Free parking out front. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
