We ended up using this pub as our local for the week. Lovely staff and great prices. If we did live in Rovinj it would probably be our local . Price per person: €5–10 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

As like heart is center of your soul, Block Bar is a center of my thoughts while in Rovinj :) This is true spirit of Istria and best coffee in town. When night comes, colorful cocktails bring a life I used to love... Check by yourself.
