Today (20/01/2026) 18:30 MYT while consuming the curry puff, I discovered two broken pieces of glass inside the food. This incident is extremely concerning as it poses a serious risk to consumer health and safety. Fortunately, no injury occurred, but the situation could have resulted in severe harm. I would like to clarify that my intention in raising this matter, including making a public post, is not to damage or bring down your business. Instead, my purpose is to highlight the issue so that proper action, investigation, and improvement can be taken to ensure better food quality control and safer food processing practices in the future. I respectfully request that your management conducts an internal investigation into this incident and reviews your food preparation and handling procedures to prevent such occurrences from happening again. I would also appreciate being informed of the outcome and the corrective actions taken. I believe your business values customer safety and quality, and I hope this matter will be handled seriously and professionally. Thank you for your attention and cooperation. I look forward to your response.
