Visitors don't like chicken meatballs at this fast food. But google gives it 4 so you can choose blossom to spend a good time here. Read the menu online at Restaurant Guru and visit this place to have great time.

A few years ago... i spoke with a manager, as the chicken (in my chicken curry), was awful. It's hard to actually describe it, other than to say, it was like 'jelly-meat', it barely tasted like chicken, the texture was jelly-like, it didn't 'cut' or pull-apart like meat, it simply 'squished', it was so awful that i couldn't bring myself to eat it.
I phoned Blossom, and spoke to the manager, who **at that time** was polite, professional.. and understanding, he stated that he had indeed changed his chicken supplier. So i advised him, that although it may be cheaper, it truly was awful. He was honest enough to say that i was NOT the first to make such a complaint. He kindly refunded the cost of the meal.
Tonight (17.7.22) the EXACT same thing has happened again.
We ordered chicken curry & rice, and the 'meat' in the curry is again.. the disgusting jelly-like substance.
We have had many meals over time, without issue, so i'm saddened.. and annoyed! That it's happened again.
I'm posting this negative review, not just because of the bad quality food, but because when i phoned them... not long after receiving the meal, the manager that i spoke to, couldn't have been less bothered if he'd tried!
He told me that they had used different chicken, which is obvious, and i tried to explain why it is so awful.
Whilst speaking to him, he simply said 'hang on' and handed the phone to the poor lady on reception! She was very apologetic, and i apologised to her for having to deal with it! I said that i would like a 'partial' refund, as i have picked out all the so-called chicken, and am eating rice with curry sauce. She spoke to the manager and i was told that a refund would only be made, if the entire meal was returned.
As most of the rice and sauce had been eaten... this was not possible.
The fact that as a business, they are prepared to use poor quality, cheap meat... and expect customers not to notice, is bad enough, but the appalling customer service from the manager, is the main reason that Blossom will never receive a penny from us again!.
The photo, is the chicken from the curry, on a side plate, with one piece 'squished' apart, to show the sludge-like content.
It is not acceptable.
