Had a lovely meal here, I had the pasty and chips, my wife had the ploughman's. Very reasonably priced and for us being dog friendly was a win win. Service: 4 Location: 4

A family favourite, go for food and drink at least twice a year whilst on holiday in Newquay. Food & drinks: Basic but nice menu but also includes a special board. Would like to see a mix grill section on our next visit from 18th May 2025. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

Called into the Blue Anchor Inn by chance while travelling along the A30. There is plenty of room in the car park to the rear of the property. The staff are really friendly and hard working. There is a good selection of drinks at the bar and the menu is very good. We had fish, chips and peas. 2 meals for £16. Very reasonable but gorgeous. Well presented too..
