Please rest assured that all of our fish and ingredients are sourced from insured and licensed vendors. Additionally, all of our chefs and cooks have undergone and passed the Utah state food handling training course. We have been in business for 15 years and are regularly monitored by the Salt Lake County Health Department, consistently passing their inspections, which is a requirement for operating restaurants in Utah. We will contact the Salt Lake Health Department to investigate this matter further. We also encourage you to reach out to them so they can promptly address your concerns.
