Great restaurant! Blue Flame (like The Daytona) put a lot of effort into the details, making sure the cars/racing vibe could be felt throughout -- from the cars in the dining room, to the menus looking like car user manuals, to the naming of the offerings. We enjoyed the salmon, cheesecake, and old fashioned -- all tasted great!! The food was absolutely amazing! I had the $50 dinner special that included an appetizer, entree, and dessert. Chocolate cake is really good, didn’t care for the cheesecake.
