Hands down the best breakfast spot I’ve ever been to. We tried the chorizo and eggs and the Fox's Grill, and the portions were (too) generous on both that we had to get a to-go box. The eggs were honestly the standout. I couldn't tell you exactly what they do differently, but they were just really good, like noticeably better than typical brunch eggs. For our yearly visits to Victoria, the Blue Fox café has become a family tradition. The staff are wonderful! A special shout out to the lovely Elise, who was welcoming, friendly, had great energy and a warm smile. It is apparent that she is an experienced server, enjoying her job and giving excellent service. The menu has a vast and original selection, the atmosphere is laidback, bright, comfortable and has eclectic, colourful decor. The food is delicious, visually tasty, satisfying and the portions are very generous (which is a delight to big eaters). For coffee and tea lovers, there is a large variety of decadent concoctions to choose from. I must mention their London Fog black tea with lavender, which is the best LF tea I've ever tasted.
