Blue Haven Cafe is located near Gate 3 of the University of San Carlos Talamban Campus. The cafe serves a good avocado shakes which I love and recomend if you have a sweet tooth. The place is pretty much accomodating for bigger groups of friends. The owner is really hands on and smiling. Although it is pricey the space and freedom you feel when inide ths cafe is priceless. With the taste of and price still needs some looking into.
