Ordered food from here it arrived with some incorrect items and freezing cold when I phoned to see what had happened, I got told it wasn't there problem and if I wanted to replace the incorrect items I would have to pay for them, they where very rude. Not great customer service at all, plenty of other nicer Indians in the area and would probably treat there customers correctly, so wouldn't bother with this one. What a shame, gone down hill since I ate in the restaurant last year. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Been here a few times and always order takeaway but yesterday was by far the worst. Came for Mother’s Day, our waiter was very rude, didn’t crack one smile and would come to us and say ‘yep’ when wanting to take our order instead of asking us what we would like. He seemed to be annoyed that we had only 6 main courses for 9 of us (3 were children that do not eat much and it’s not needed). A large soft drink was £4.95, the lamb tikka started was 4 pieces of tough lamb. When it came to paying, we used 3 different cards as there were many of us paying for ourselves and the waiter said more then once ‘service charge is not added’, when he walked back towards his colleagues he said loudly that we did not tip. We chose not to tip due to how unfriendly you were, especially for Mother’s Day, good thing my Mum is a laugh and this did not ruin her day, but will not be returning Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
