The warm atmosphere of Blue Moose Tavern makes customers feel relaxed and have a good time. The staff is energetic that's what makes this place so nice. BARTENDER - PAGE ================= Page made eye contact, smiled and welcomed me to The Blue Moose Tavern as soon as I walked in the door and asked me "What would you like to drink tonight?". I asked for a Coca-Cola. it was served Ice Cold but tasted funny. I asked for a Ice Water (The Water tasted terrible as if they never cleaned the Fountain Drink Lines ever!) I asked if they had any specials tonight. Page told me today's special was "Buy One, Get One Free Appetizer" (When they ringed up the sale it showed it as 50% Off Tuesday which is misleading, See pictures). I received a Menu and Ordered Mozzerala Cheese Stix 6-Piece for $6.75*, Chicken Wings 6-Piece for $5.95*, Reuben Sandwich for $8.95. The Cheese Stix were the biggest cheese stix I ever seen and well worth the money and tasted good. The Chicken Wings were served hot, very delicious but loaded with salt to encourage you to drink, lol. The Reuben Sandwich served with 1000 island dressing was served hot and loaded with cornbeef and well worth the money. While I was there the bartender yelled for Steve the cook and the manager as a drunken customer was getting out of control. The customer thought this dive was a strip joint because the ladies were wearing fishnet stockings, bikini's or slezy outfits. He appoligized and was allowed to stay. I'm waiting for Jon Taffer from Bar Rescue to come thru that door at any minute. . * Before Tuesday 50% Appetizer Discount . . Friendly service, excellent food, Pop & Water was terrible (Tasted like beverage line was never cleaned). Speed of service is good. I would recommend this restaurant and would return again - 3 of 5 stars
