Have you ever paid $13 for a biscuit and thought it was a deal? I did that today. I just wanted a fast breakfast and found Blue Ridge Biscuit Company on Google. I ordered a ham, egg, and cheese biscuit. 8 minutes later, I received a HUGE (bigger than a high-priced burger) handmade biscuit that tasted wonderful. On it was a steak size piece of country ham and an egg and cheese omlet. It was all great, and I didn't finish it because it was so big! Next time I'm around, I will be back.
