We took a barista course and it was really great. Thanks to Farhad I can now make the perfect milk foam. It was not only interesting, but above all fun. By the way, you can also just drink a delicious cappu and enjoy the view. At least until May, then the Olyturm will close and be renovated. But the coffee and the courses will still be available... just look on the homepage.

Unfortunately I have to agree with the bad reviews about the Barista course. Unstructured, hectic, no common thread or explanations. Questions are not answered. The other employees are super nice and helpful, but unfortunately the owner only likes to hear himself talk (whine). To be honest, I didn't "take" much with me (but of course I should have shopped for espresso) - it's a shame.

Barista course with a beautiful view We took a barista course and were very satisfied, even though we already have some experience with our portafilter machine. After a good introduction and welcome coffee + Crossaint, several portafilters are available for practice so that everyone in the course (there were 7 of us) could try out latte art with instructions.
