The girl working the Togo window on 12/30 at 5:30pm was VERY rude. Horrible attitude, very short. When I pulled up I gave her my name and she said “ you aren’t on the list” I told her I just called in my order about 15 minutes ago. Told her details about the order hoping it would help her find it. She was very annoyed to have to look for it like it’s my fault my name was entered incorrectly. We ordered the special and she gave us kids drinks and said “your food isn’t ready yet” and closed the doors. We always get normal sized drinks when we order the special. When she came back with my food I asked about the drinks and she said “it said kids drinks on the order. Have a good night” then closed the doors. When I did not leave from the window she reopened them and actually gave me the opportunity to ask for normal sized drinks. She snatched the kids cups from me. Returned with the normal cups. I told her thank you and she slammed the doors shut. Her service was horrible and her attitude was ridiculous. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Food: 4 Service: 1

We met family at Blue Sky Texas on Saturday afternoon expecting a long wait. We were pleasantly surprised to get through the line quickly and received our food in a timely manner!! The food was fresh and prepared the way we ordered it and I can't wait to travel back to Lubbock and enjoy another Blue Sky Texas meal!!
