“Portions skimpy?” You can’t be serious! If this restaurant is known for ANYTHING, it’s the HEALTHY portion sizes you get. They give so much food most times you can’t finish in one sitting. Their curry chicken is one of their least spiciest dishes. I’m not a spicy food person either and that dish is one of my favorites. You can’t be talking about Blue Waters Restaurant.

We originally intended to go to another restaurant, but the service was so poor that we Yelped our way to Blue Waters Caribbean & Seafood Grill instead. We were glad we did! Upon arrival we were promptly greeted and seated. We looked through the menu and were able to order quickly as the young lady who took care of us was very attentive. We ordered a beef patty and a chicken patty as appetizers. The patties were hot and tasted very good. I ordered a Caribbean beer, which was also very good. Fine, I lied. I ordered two, but that was none of your business to pry. I also ordered the ox tail and my gf ordered the curry goat. First of all, the portions were generous. They don't skimp on anything. The ox tail was absolutely delicious as was the curry goat. While I was able to finish my meal, my gf was not, due to the large portion. The following day my gf refused to share the leftover with me. That's both a testament to the quality of the food and perhaps the status of my relationship. Anyway, this place is so authentic that by the time I left, I had a Caribbean accent, mon. Me no lie. This place is fantastic and I will be back for more.
