Looks clean, if a little cluttered behind the counter, but is presentable. Started to go downhill when I tasted my Americano which, for me, was undrinkable, and my least favourite coffee, from any cafe, restaurant, barista or snack bar I've ever been to. Then the eggs benedict came out, and I kick myself for not mentioning that I like my eggs cooked. The whites were snotty and made me gag just to look at them. They were served on great slices of granary, instead of muffins, with no bacon/ham (which is an option??). There was no garnish and the Hollandaise sauce was far from adequate, with a cheap, bland flavour. I didn't eat a quarter of my order. My companion ordered the big breakfast which was better, but still not very appetising. The bacon was cheap and chewy, the undercooked hashbrowns were soggy from the lake of juice from the tomatoes, and tasted of cooking oil. Luckily it was served with some granary toast, which was nice, so I filled up on that. The staff were pleasant enough, but we won't be returning. Even if the food was edible, the coffee was a brown, gravy colour, and tasted revolting, I really don't know how it is so bad. There is a dog friendly sign on the door, and as we left a guy came in with two large husky type dogs, complaining about how much they were moulting this time of year. I'm glad we left when we did. Overall, very disappointed. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: £10–20 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I went to Bluebelles recently and the lady which I assume was the owner was very rude and didn’t have any customer service skills which was very disappointing. The chef seemed lovely but the owner needs to sort herself out before her business closes. Food: 3 Service: 1 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20
