They gave my uber order to the wrong driver and refused to remake my order to give to the correct driver who was sitting there in front of them while we were on the phone and who was willing to wait for it. The worst service we’ve ever received. Service: 1 Order type: Delivery

Hi Ingrid If you’ve had a negative experience with Uber I suggest writing to them. You placed your order through uber and we gave the order to the person it shows on our end, not a random rude woman on the phone. Uber takes your money, I suggest you speak w them. Worst customer we’ve ever had.
