An absolutely fantastic experience from beginning to end. What stood out immediately was the warmth of the entire team. The service is incredibly professional and precise, yet genuinely friendly, relaxed and engaging. You feel welcomed and looked after without ever feeling that the experience is overly formal or scripted — something we really value in fine dining. The food was exceptional. Bo.TiC manages to take traditional Catalan flavours and dishes and reinterpret them with creativity and remarkable technique, while always keeping the pleasure of eating at the centre of the experience. The flavours are clear, balanced and exciting without ever feeling unnecessarily complicated or overworked. The wine pairing was another highlight. Thoughtful, surprising and perfectly matched to the food, it genuinely added another dimension to the menu rather than simply accompanying it. The restaurant itself is beautiful, but what makes Bo.TiC particularly special is the combination of excellent cuisine, a great wine experience and such a warm, generous atmosphere. Creative fine dining that still feels generous, joyful and human. We absolutely loved it and would return without hesitation.
