After you have seen St Martin's Church, come to this bar. Most guests recommend trying tasty pork ribs, burgers and chicken wings. Taste nicely cooked waffles and good sundaes at Boardwalk Bar and Grill when you happen to be near it. Delicious wine, beer or piña colada are worth trying here. This place has great milkshakes or good coffee among its drinks.

Great foodie spot with the amazing view of the Lake. The menu has some great positions - very tasty and generous portions. Staff is lovely, we felt very well looked after. Nice atmosphere, well worth a visit. Well done Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Nice restaurant in a stunning location. The food was very tasty, though the Philly Cheesesteak was not traditional, it was certainly inspired by it - I knew this when I ordered, just mentioning it here to not be disappointed, and it was still very tasty. The stuffed aubergine my wife had and the fried cauliflower appetizer were both very good and tasty. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Philly Cheese Steak Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labeled vegetarian dishes Vegetarian options: The stuffed aubergine was very tasty, as were the fried cauliflower bites.

Boardwalk Bar and Grill - what a place! Located in the heart of Cumbria Lake District - right in the middle of Windermere lake. Restaurant itself is quite busy and U might have to wait to get the table, but trust me will be worth to wait. Inside it's good music and nice vibe in general. Staff was really great and friendly. Overall place it's not the cheapest but not too expensive either. We had barvette steak (22£) - nice and tender, boardwalk burger (15£) hmmm - had better burgers in that price but wasn't bad, slighty overcooked. And few drinks which are definitely worth to try. We have spend around 85£.In general was lovely experience with fantastic views and I can highly recommend it. I give a 5 stars but it's 4.8 :)Edit: place it's dog friendly :)
