Pricey, but it was the best fish sandwich I've ever had, completely worth it. Strong drinks and great atmosphere, too. I love the mermaid skeleton. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This review is only a reflection on the service side and how one woman working yesterday handled a small situation. We arrived around 4:30 on June 14th to just have a drink before heading to dinner. We were party of 6 adults and one baby. When we came in, it was apparent very quickly that the stroller or just the fact that we had a baby was going to be an issue by the comments being said by the woman seating us. So we put the stroller in between the tables we were going to sit at but for some reason that was not going to work with the hostess or whatever she was. We were requested to put the stroller outside away from us and open to the public. Her only excuse was that she didn’t want to reach over the stroller to give us our drinks. We’ve been to numerous restaurants with our 11 month old and have never had someone not be accommodating to paying customers. It’s a small thing that could have been handled better and I’m just putting this out there for parents with babies or young kids, you may not get as warm of a welcome. We’re locals and have been the Boat Drinks many times, but unfortunately won’t be back. Answer to “owner” We did exactly what was asked and wasn’t good enough for your staff. How about you take constructive criticism in a professional manner, instead of attacking everyone that has a bad experience at your place. Your responses are childish. You were asked to move your stroller to a place where it wasn't blocking the path for our other customers and staff. Obviously you didn't like this since you decide to kick one of our chairs in protest. We tolerate children, just not childish behavior.
