Poor check in as the bar is also used for the bedroom checkin when we arrived the people using the bar took priority over us trying to check in even though we qued fairly. The room was extremely small definately not worth the £85 we didnt sleep at all as the matress was so hard. However it was all nice and clean.Breakfast was ok it was a great shame that we had to hear the staff talking quite loudly negative things about the management and collegues very unprofessional.We would not stay again it is a shame the Boathouse hotel could be so much more.
