Used to love hooplas. My family and I visited hooplas over the weekend. Barely any of the arcade games would work so we decided to do the hoop slide. My children played for about 20 minutes until I noticed 3 parents in the hoop slide the whole time, multiple children with diapers (which is against the rules), one child with a leaking diaper, children much taller than 4'4", and rude employees. I infomed the manager which didn't seem to mind what was taking place. I asked for my money back and we left! I will not be going back! Waste of our hard earned money.
