BOB is by far the best bakery in Toyama. It is also the best bread I have eaten in my (20 years in) Japan. They have a wide variety of bread ("hard style" and others) which is baked in a wood fire oven, making it taste and smell wonderful. Some of my favorites are レトロフランス、リュッスチック、ノア、ひまわり、クルミゴロン、チーズフランス...... but there are always new things to try! They also take phone orders of any bread one likes (one day ahead). The atmosphere is cozy (there is a small adjunct café) and the service is very friendly and welcoming, I really enjoy my trips to the bakery!
