I have done a few boba places in my past, but my daughter recently found out about the drinks and has been asking to go almost every day. We were in the area, so we stopped in, and the drink was almost gone before we made it to the truck. Delicious and smooth flavors. The shop was clean and has fun free entertainment options for while they make your drink fresh. Great experience and patient staff. They helped my daughter navigate the menu and pick out the perfect flavor combination.

First & last time coming here There was literally no kataifiin here which is the crunchy part plus what was in there wasn't cooked. It's supposed to be fried till brown and theirs is white like they just threw it in there from the bag without cooking. I paid $15 for this and don't recommend. I didn't eat because I didn't want to end up getting sick that sucked because I wasted $. The staff was nice. Responding back to the owner's comment. Well, Kataifi comes white but is supposed to be cooked till golden brown so if your supplier isn't doing that. I would suggest doing some research on how it's supposed to be made correctly. So yes I think I do have the right to suggest yalls isn't cooked correctly. Mine was white and didn't taste right that's why I didn't even bother finishing like I said I didn't want to get sick. I'm not saying all of this to be rude I say this in hopes the issue gets fixed. It's almost like y'all are trying to make a quick buck off people serving almost a full cup of strawberries, a lot of drizzle and a little kataifi that's uncooked at that.

That being said, we do want to clarify something we take food safety and preparation very seriously. Our kataifi is fully prepared according to food safety standards, and our package labeling clearly reflects that it is cooked. We would never serve uncooked ingredients, and suggesting otherwise is not accurate. If there was an issue with texture or crispiness that didn’t meet your expectations, we absolutely would have been happy to remake it for you on the spot . We always encourage customers to let us know immediately so we can fix it right away. We value honest feedback, but we also stand by the quality and safety of the products we serve.

We stopped in today to check out the new Boba place. I was highly impressed with Andres. He greeted us immediately upon entering and looked happy we were there. Me and my wife felt welcomed from the moment we entered to the moment we left. Our drink was perfect. I highly recommend Bobablastic. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
