It really saddens me to be making this review because this restaurant was one of my favorites at one time. After my awful experience last night I just feel this review is warranted. First, they were out of ribs at 5:15 pm - yes 5:15 pm. There was only one waitress for the entire restaurant including carry out orders, door dash, etc. The waitress did a fantastic job but because she was by herself it took nearly an hour to get our food. This seems to be a trend if you look at other reviews. The food was very good but it wasn’t what I wanted and it took so long to get it I don’t plan a return visit. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

David. I'm so sorry for your experience. We are trying very hard to get staffing under control. It has been a nightmare for us. We never what to expect day to day from a food or labor standpoint.. I am very sorry, once again.

I don't Door dash very often and I know for local establishments it's not really a profitable venture. But I decided to finally get Bobbie Lanes. If you look on their menu, they show a sliced brisket sandwich which what I ordered. And I decided to try slaw and garlic green beans. I paid 4.75 and 2.75. They show decent sized portions in plastic containers. You can see by the photo just how little I got for 7.50 The sandwich wasn't sliced, it was chopped meat that was so dry I had no choice but to slather bbq sauce on it to eat it. Disappointed is an understatement.

I'm so sorry for your experience. Based on the picture, it must have been decent, it's all gone. A phone call or message, we could have sorted this out. I would have given you a free meal for sure. But, this is what the world has come to, I understand. But, now, we both get screwed, you have to pay for a meal you didn't like and I don't get an opportunity to fix it first before going public. I hope you have a better day. Again, I'm sorry.

Food was delicious - I had a pulled pork sandwich (moist and tasty) with seasoned fries (crispy with seasoned salt), but they don't have their cheese curds anymore, which is the reason we went there. They were short handed when we were there, but they were nice. Most chairs and tables, not many booths, which made it a little loud. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Fries
