Awfull experiece,the staff has been bored and grumpy,ordered an argentinian beef stake,two thirds was cartilages,unedible.Don't waist your time and money. Meal type: Lunch

I ordered a plate of pollo Frito estilo Kentucky. The first 4 pieces were good, slightly juicy and crunchy. However the last two pieces were visually different, it was brown, looked more like bone marrow seepage. But after taking a bite of it, it tasted very off; tasted metallic. I complained to the waitress about it, she told me they couldn’t bring me 2 new pieces of chicken, but that they would apply a discount. The plate costs 11,95 euros for 6 small pieces of fried chicken, they made me a discount of 15%, 1,76 eu. I again complained that it was very little discount for what we had not consumed, if one does the math, they should have been discounting about 4 eu. I told the waitress I would rather wait and eat the other two pieces that we deserve, than to walk away having paid for a plate that we had not fully consumed. Another waiter came back, aggressively put down the new plate of fried chicken, and without plates and cutlery. Absolutely unprofessional and rude staff. The service is very slow and completely unprofessional. The staff seem clueless and disorganized, constantly running around without any coordination. We waited almost an hour for our food. Not recommended Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
