After you have seen Irish Linen Centre and Lisburn Museum, visit this restaurant. Trying perfectly cooked double pizza, burgers and onion strings is a nice experience here. Bobby's Pizza is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. According to the reviewers' opinions, prices are average. Service was very slow and staff were rude. We paid a 3 pounds fee so we could preorder and collect our food and despite this we still waited just under 1 hour for our order when we arrived at the shop at our allocated time. When we asked for our money back and to cancel the order because it was taking so long , our food just happened to be magically ready. An all around annoying experience altogether. We were then missing an item from our order after all of that. Will not be back Edit - in response to the owner’s response. You offer orders to be placed for takeaway on your website and gave me a time my order would be ready. There is a 3 pound fee pre loaded on your website for this. I would consider that a pre order. As for your staff not remembering , I can’t really comment on this , but it was defintely your establishment that we ordered food from. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hi Amelia, I suspect you have written this review with the intent for another establishment. We do not accept any Pre-orders never mind charging for it. I have double checked with my staff and none recall any encounters with anyone seeking there money back all weekend. It would be greatly appreciated if my suspensions are correct if you would be so kind to remove your review. Bobby. Edit repose: Again, we do not in any fashion offer allocated time slots nor charge for such a service. This is a logistical nightmare for any kitchen therefore we have never offered it. Our website does not in any fashion offer the service you have described. You have clearly got us mixed up with somewhere else. Has to the best Pizza I have had in a long long time! We got the 12" Spicy Chicken. I have ate alot of pizza throughout the years and around the world but boy on this night Bobbys has just cracked it. The Pizza was cooked to perfection. The tomato base sauce, we could taste that it was made in house and was not factory, mass produced sauce filled with perservitives. Even though it was a take away, everything tasted fresh and healthy ;P The products used where all fresh, good produce and the pizza was made with love. Id normally love the sides but the sides we got, rainbow fires & spicy chicken wings didnt get a look in whilst this pizza was on the table.
