We are very sorry that you felt that you were not greeted nor serviced. I am Susan, the owner and if you knew me, then you would know that is certainly not our intent. We appreciate and are very thankful for all customers. The next time you are back in Forney, come by for a free shaved ice. My daughter worked yesterday. What time did you come by? Again so sorry that you feel that you had poor customer service.
