2 раза были в заведении, официантов надо обучать санитарным нормам. Один раз официантка несла к столу стаканы, держа их сверху пальцами вовнутрь. Сегодня у меня упала на пол тканевая салфетка, на которой лежали приборы, официантка подняла ее и положила передо мной на столя настолько растерялась, что не смогла сделать замечание. Обучите персонал пожалуйста
