I've been looking for a spot like this. The menu was not overly complicated and the service was great. I think all the plates come with your choice in spicy level. Reasonably priced plates with what I would consider large portions. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Am I crazy for eating hot pot in 90 weather? Absolutely lol. I've been to the Boiling Point in Garden Grove many times, but this was my first visit at this location. Parking: Free parking lot. There’s a large parking lot with plenty of spots. Ambiance/Environment: I really like this location because it’s very spacious, unlike the GG location. They have a decent amount of indoor seating. No outdoor seating. All tables and chairs were clean. We visited during early dinner hours on a weekday, so it wasn’t busy at all. More foot traffic came around 17:00-19:00. Service: Shout out to our server Jewel! She’s attentive and courteous. She checked on us multiple times and refilled our waters. Throughput was also quick after ordering. Food: My go-to is the House Special or Beef. I decided to go with the Beef, mild, and rice. It came with a generous amount of protein, vegetables, and toppings. I also got rice in the side. Noodles and ramen cost extra. The soup base was very tasty with a nice kick to it. They also offered some specials like 50% off milk teas and happy hour during specific hours. Pricing: Don’t forget to scan your BP points through the app. Prices have gone up over the years. It’s worth it every once in a while. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I HAD BEEN COMING TO THIS LOCATION FOR YEARS BECAUSE OF THERE SERVICES AND FOODS. FOODS ARE GREAT BUT SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!! I REPEAT, TERRIBLE!!!LETS BE CLEAR! CHECK IN AT 2:36PM AND SEATED BY 2:54PM. THE RESTAURANT WASNT BUSY AND EMPLOYEES WERE JUST TALKING TO ONE ANOTHER. EMPLOYEES WERE PASSING BY OUR TABLE AND THEY CAN DEFINITELY SENSE THAT WE ARE READY TO ORDER. HOWEVER, THEY WAITED TILL 3:00PM TO TAKE OUR ORDER. WHEN I ASKED IF ITS STILL LUNCH PRICE, THE EMPLOYEE THAT TOOK OUR ORDER QUOTE “SORRY BECAUSE ITS PASS THE LUNCH TIME AND THEY CANT MANUALLY INPUT THE PRICE”. I WASNT EXPECTING THE LUNCH PRICE BUT WHERE IS THE PRINCIPLE. YET, THEY AVOID HELPING OUR TABLE AFTER MY COMMENT “YOU GUYS ARE SO SMART”!! NO WATERS WERE PROVIDED AND WE HAD TO REQUEST MULTIPLE TIMES TO GET WHATEVER WE WANTED. THEY EVEN HAVE THE AUDACITY TO SERVE THOSE THAT CAME AFTER US. THOSE TABLE DIDNT HAVE TO REQUEST MULTIPLE TIME. THEY WERE SERVED WATER BEFORE US!!! IF THEY DONT WANT TO HONOR WHAT THEY SAY, JUST SIT US DOWN AFTER 3:00PM. AND IF THEY DONT WANT TO PROVIDE US SERVICE, JUST LET US KNOW AND WE’LL LEAVE.
