This is not a paid/sponsored review. First review (Oct 17’26) after several visit. First hotpot joint that I tried when I moved to Richmond 12 years ago. Back then, it used to be a long line up, especially in winter. Today, it’s a different condition, especially lots of hotpot joint in Richmond. Price is at the higher end. Nowadays, green (vegetables) dominates in every hotpot. There are nothing new with their menu - as far as I can remember. Also no free desert, like other hotpot joint. Parking seems always to be the consistent problem and nothing changed since 12 years ago. Parking lot is small. Those conditions made Boiling Point not a favourite place to go anymore. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Vegetarian options: Yes there is a vegetarian menu (#7) Dietary restrictions: At the end of menu, they notified which item has peanut in it. Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot Parking: Although only 1 eatery in the compound, parking seems limited Kid-friendliness: Yes, I saw couple of families with young children. Wheelchair accessibility: I didn’t see any ramp for wheelchair, perhaps I missed it out
