Google Maps is wrong, as usual, but it's a cafe with 15 backless seats in the back as well as a shop. French background music and the owner lived in France a long time ago. Friendly service, but no Wi-Fi or charging. Limited menu so I went with hot coffee and a pastry. Pretty good and I'm willing to call it a high four stars even though the seats aren't so comfortable. But as usual I am wondering why I'm still reviewing for Google Maps at all.

It was a really nice shop The shop is run by a clerk whose hobby is going to France, and the atmosphere was great and the cost was very good! It's a small France in Nishiogikubo.

I always feel soothed when I go to Bowatto, the Paris of Nishi-Ogikubo. It was so much fun talking with the store manager that I ended up staying too long and losing track of time. There are many wonderful products in the store, and I always buy something when I go there! My dog loves it too!
