Will not be returning to this place. The drive through lady was so rude we waited almost 35 mins for food several different people came to Windows asking what we had ordered. The lady was inside making her sandwich to take home with her. She was so unprofessional if my kids wasn't with me she definitely would have gotten a nice cursing out. And yeah we saw when we were at the Windows and she waved her hand stating she dont care and continued fixing her food. Yall better get that woman from that establishment. Never ever AGAIN will I return here its always something. Its worse than Popeyes. If I hadn't paid for it I definitely would have left. And yeah the food was trash. Last Saturday night we pulled into this location at 9pm. Hours for this location states they are open until 10pm. We were told only the drive thru is open. We get back in our truck and drove thru the drive thru, started to place our order of 2 chicken sandwiches, simple order for a chicken place, we were told they don't have any chicken that they only have a chicken salad. What kind of chicken place doesn't have chicken??? When I said thanks but no thanks I was met with a person who seemed upset that I didn't want that and kept on trying to convince me it was good. Again I said no thanks. We won't be going there again. Too many other chicken places who will serve me what I want and be happy to take my money. Who owns this place? Wonder if they know that cleaning the fryer before close was more important than a paying customer?

I normally do not leave negative reviews. I wanted to check out Bojangles here in Anderson and a young woman (unfortunately I never got her name) at the register with red-dyed hair and facial piercings was very rude. I kindly told her that I was just going to take a moment and look at the menu and decide on what I want and she said "Take your time or leave!" and I thought was weird but brushed it off and then when I finally decided what I want, I told her and she joking responded "No!" and complained about being tired. Like, seriously? I felt disgusted and left. Never going back to your restaurant again. Thank you. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
