I don't normally leave bad reviews, but...... Stopped by Bojangles and had to wait on my order, which would've been perfectly fine if I was waiting on fresh food. Somehow I waited just to get sandwiches that were cold and tasted like they'd been sitting on the hold line since the last shift. Everything else was cold too, and they forgot my kid's Bo-Berry cobbler completely. Then the girl brings my food out, drops my receipt, and the wind said “I'll take that” and carried it across the parking lot. I'm not expecting a five star dining experience from Bojangles, but if you're gonna make me wait, at least make me wait on fresh food and the whole order. This one was rough. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Takeaway Price per person: $10–20 Recommended dishes: BBQ Sauce

Ordered a gravy biscuit and did not give it to me i asked for one again and paid and did not come out i showed receipt and they said that they could not help me dont get food from here get it from zaxbys next door. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
