The food was good other than having something black in my cup and the rude little girl at the drive thru window acting as though she didn’t want to give me a new drink by asking me rudely what’s in the cup it doesn’t matter what’s in the cup if I tell you that I need a new drink because there’s particles in my cup then you should apologize and get me a new drink. This interaction will delay my return to this particular bojangles. First impression was horrible and they should probably have people with attitude problems in the back somewhere where they don’t have to interact with customers! By far one of the cleanest public restrooms I've ever experienced. I'm a frequent traveler and I've had to use many public restrooms including high end restaurants and luxury hotels. The restrooms here were so clean that if I had to sit on the seat I would've but my knees still good so I can squat lol The staff was young and friendly and even asked if the restroom was clean enough! I was there around 7pm so it was the evening shift. Very nice people and I appreciate it cus I'm very much against public restrooms if I have a choice but I held it til I couldn't hold it anymore and it was almost as good as being home lol Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Absolutely horrible experience! Came in to dine. The drive thru and dining room were very busy. I DOWNLOADED the app and placed my order. The order took over 40 minutes. I only got it in that time frame was because I asked the manager. The manager was indifferent, never, apologized, offered NOTHING and refused to provide a number to corporate. The manager lacked the ability to manage the customer load or her staff Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
