I order an mobile order to pick up and the store has all the doors lock and unfortunately it a lot of cars about 12, I order a mobile order because I didn’t want to go thru the drive thru that defeat the purpose of an mobile order I order at 11:36 and it is 11:55 I am writing this review. It don’t make no sense, if the app would have let me got my money back smh. I receive my food at 12:05 smh Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1

Went through the drive thru and ordered $63 worth of food. Which is cool, but I had ordered extra bisquits yet again to find I only had 4 of the 14 bisquits I orderd. I called about it and sounded like the girl was insincere and did not care at all because of giggling. Sad that this place is always messing up. Always check you bags people. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I go to this Bojangles very often and I must say that the young man, Maurice who works at the drive-thru many mornings is so pleasant and friendly. He ALWAYS has a smile on his face and interacts with me. You don't get service like this anymore and anytime I am having a bad day, his positive attitude brightens my day!
