Extremely poor customer service. Racist much? I must have been the wrong skin color for service. Playing and deliberately ignoring customers? Just lost a huge order but after seeing how nasty this particular Bojangles is, I wouldn't buy my dog something to eat there. I wish I could rate a 0- stars. Shameful and inexcusable.

I tried to order an 8pc family box and the woman on the mic just said no, after a long pause she said "do you want chicken breast?" I was confused and asked her what she said then she said they only had breast left so I told her that was fine then she says "I'm gunna have to up charge you" not sure if that's policy but you would think if they're out the other pieces, they wouldn't charge extra. Service: 1

Service was awful. I had to wait 20 minutes to get two steak biscuits and then they were cold when I got them. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
