Waited for the AI at the drive thru for several minutes, nothing. So, I drove up to the window. She says $25, I say, I haven’t ordered yet, we don’t have headsets and the AI does everything. I order, they then tell me that they’re out of biscuits at noon! Famous biscuits? Non existent. They hand me my food after another 5 minutes, another 5 minutes goes by before I get my coffee. Service: 1

Just keep driving there are other options. We waited 30 minutes for our meals. Staff were pleasant, but instead of working they were sharing snacks in back and socializing. Staff handed us two sandwiches, we had two separate orders. When I asked which sandwich was which, her response was, “I have no idea, they are wrapped in the same paper,” and then walked away. We were not in a hurry, but this was a bit ridiculous, horrible customer service all around. Will not ever be back. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We frequent mini Bojangles living in North Carolina . This was the worst Bojangles breakfast we have ever had. The food was cold, ordered sausage, biscuits and gravy and the sausage didn't come with the biscuits and the gravy that was put in a to-go container for potatoes. When I asked about the piece of sausage she said it must be in North Carolina thing. They don't do it here in South Carolina. (Although after looking it up on the website it looks like all of Bojangles do it. Maybe just not this one). My husband ordered a biscuit with cheese and it didn't come with cheese. When we asked for the cheese they just took the biscuit, put cold cheese on it and gave it back to us. Should have known by the fact that there was no one in the lobby that it was probably not the best place to eat. When we asked to add something to the order the employees were just playing and horsing around and not paying attention. There was no tea in the lobby for us to make our own drink and asking seemed like such an inconvenience for the staff to have to take care of it. Glad we were traveling because we will never come back here again. If I could give it less than a star I would. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
